The assault caused the temporary closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

An additional two individuals are now in custody in connection with a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport in which over twenty individuals were injured by what is thought to be pepper spray, as stated by police.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in the Lambeth area for suspected robbery and assault and a 23-year-old woman was detained for suspected conspiracy to commit robbery. They both remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

These detentions come after an investigation into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the attack, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their suitcases after getting out of a parking garage elevator.

A three-year-old girl was among the those hurt during the incident. Five people were taken to the hospital for treatment and have since been released.

Officers detained a 31-year-old man on suspicion of robbery and assault near the location. He has since been released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Police were alerted at approximately 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding a number of individuals injured by an irritating chemical thought to be pepper spray.

The attack - an event that authorities stated was isolated and not considered an act of terror - resulted in train delays and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking facility briefly.
